Kishan Kumar Modi, (born August 27, 1940), is an Indian business man and head of the over Rs 4,000 crore diversified Modi Enterprises, including Godfrey Phillips, Modi care. He is also the father of Indian Cricket Administrator Lalit Modi of Indian Premier League.[1][2][3]

Born in Patiala, India, K. K. Modi, is eldest son of Rai Bhadur Gujarmal Modi (1902–1976), the founder of MODI GROUP OF INDUSTRIES who promoted various townships, laid foundation of various Industries and commissioned then since 1932.
Shri K.K. Modi, joined his father to assist him in the business in 1963 after his education.[1]
He has three children, Lalit Modi, Samir Modi and Charu.[3]
